Ren'Py - Abandoned - The DeLuca Family [Season 1] [HopesGaming]

Loved the characters, beautiful art and overall nice and different feel compared to lot of other VN. It is very well written and I felt like the pace of the story was spot on, at least for me.
Luna is one of my favourite characters in VN ever. She is beautiful, strong and unexpected. But deep down she still has that beautiful innocence. Seeing her break out of her hard shell and slowly transforming into a beautiful strong young woman that she really is really well done.
Thank you and cant wait for more content.

Despite the games lack of constant update and content so far, the characters are well written. Not only that each character personality stands out which makes this game more enjoyable. Can't wait for Hopegaming to update this game more. Need more support for this game

This is the kind of game that you play and feel sad when you reach the end of the current content.

AMAZING!
good writing (with decent amount of humour). good graphics. very smooth gameplay (no grinding!). this game has two game modes-storymode+free roaming mode(sandbox)! really interesting and engaging storyline(involving mafia). action packed. what more can one ask for? i would have given this 6 stars but unfortunately my hands are tied.
recommended to everyone(try this one out if you haven't already).

The game has a great balance of making you work for the rewards instead of just handing them out. Clear, easy to follow hints/instructions to finish the quests. Last but not least, a really well written thriller of a story that keeps the players enthralled in its suspense and mysteries.

I am generally new to these kinds of games, but i believe having played a whole bunch by now; that i know what's good and what isn't. Simply to say this is one of the greatest ones i've ever played, its humor is on point and it's story rather exciting.. (Both ways) While it is still early on and doesn't really have much in the ways of any sex scenes, the characters themselves are incredibly charming and wonderfully written. Luna in particular is a real joy to watch. 10/10 could become the best of it's kind.

Wow, just wow. I just finished playing this game (v0.03b) and I'm amazed at how much I've liked it.

The best:
Luna: best heroine ever!
Romance: Very well done and quite enjoyable. It's so good that I wouldn't mind if the game lacked nudity or sexual content (although I'll admit that's part of the romance). 10/10

Good:
The story, which is not just another generic story.
Gameplay, flow (between free-roaming and story mode).
Protagonist: he is likeable unlike many other protagonists.
Art and music: very good.

Meh:
I feel like I need one click too many to skip time; also to select missions.
I'm not sure but I feel like there is a lack of agency to set how we want the plot to develop but that's understandable given the circumstances (e.g. I want to advance the plot without romancing everyone (just Luna) but I also feel like I have to complete all the missions and side-events because they may help me later on).


Anyway; I can't but recommend it. 10/10

It isn’t often that you will find me review another creator’s game, for me to do so… well, it has to hit a spot in me that most other games don’t… and this one has hit the SPOT; dead center… doubled tapped with one to the head!

This game has it all: Mystery, Romance, a titch of perversion and flavored with a dash of madness.

I was hooked the minute that I met “Luna”; she is my brand of craziness, wrapped in an attractive cocoon.

All of the women in this game have a rich, uniqueness to them that begs for you to delve deeper into learning about and understanding them… even… Lady DeLuca.

While I was able to draw the lines between all of the checkpoints that the creator ( @HopesGaming ) is setting up with their story, characters and the world we find ourselves in; I think it will provide a refreshing story and mystery for many others who are, or have yet to, play the game.

The artwork in it is gorgeous, enticing and pulls you deeper into the world that the creator is establishing for all of us and makes me wish I was much better with my own.

This game is TOP NOTCH work!

It carries within it a passion for storytelling, character creation, romance, love, lust and desire and bundles it all with gorgeous artwork and scenery!

If you’ve not tried this game, or are considering doing so, I would highly recommend it!!

The quality of a game shows when you can't stop playing until you have unlocked all available content and stories. Which was the case for me.

Imo, the main strengh of the game is the chara design, they have a mix of mystery, humor, cuteness, sexyness. Luna and Gracie are pretty unique and really loveable. The mother and step-sister have that intimidating aura which makes them also interesting.
The other strengh is the story and the humor of the MC and of the buttler, (this wilfred really...).

The fact that the porn and nudity is very slow to unlock is a good fit in this game. If it was too fast, too easy, I think the personality and ground story of each character would not have been as effective.

The mechanics of the game is pretty simple but efficient. It lacks a bit variety during the free time, but that will be probably completed in the future. I'm not really convinced by the contrats feature but well...it is a way to earn money like another.

Anyway I'm impressed by the quality of the work especially when it is one person only doing all that. Congratz and keep up the good work.

Last thing, thumbs up for the guy who translated in french, pretty well adapted.

This game has the most charismatic characters of all games, a very interesting story, it is a slowburn one, but the quality is worth it.

The game is amazing! I love everything about this game, the story, the characters, the animations & the visuals. It's something unique & fresh. Easily one of my top 5 favorites on this site. .

Great game with cool graphics. This is the first game that I am playing which has nice graphics with a great story-line. Nice character building...
Also has options of alternate objectives besides the main story-line.

A great game with refreshing ideas what is rare in a Ren´Py game! Just dive into the world of the mafia...Beautiful erotic pictures and a good story! What is still cool is the German translation! It's definitely worth to have a look!

A porn game in which I don't care about porn but about the story plus the main character isn't a complete halfwit and very good characters choice. I like the romance with Luna and (possibly) Gracie. Those two are very funny and cute.

All mature content aside, i am genuinely hooked in to the story, which is well beating any lewds in the amount provided. And i am not mad at all. Models are well made and detailed, characters are entertaining and the game is simply very enjoyable. Even the music has nice Godfather touch.

This game is really fascinating, I love the plot, the mc`s past being a mystery and what is going to happen is just adding to the excitment for me. The art is really beautiful too. I really look forward to the next updates and this game is interesting without that much of sexual content.

Excellent Story, it is well written. The pacing of the game is also excellent, I actually enjoy reading the text instead of skipping over them. Since the game is new i am not sure exactly if the updates are monthly or if they are at random. Overall the girls in the game have there own personality and are interesting to interact with, well done by the DEV.

I would like to appreciate this game by stating how it is different from the others. First of all, it has some very strong characters. All 4 of the female characters and also the male characters have unique personalities. Also, it is hard for an adult game to portray a serious setting - a mafia family. But this game does so perfectly. The story so far and the renders are also good.
