Here is the edited dll along with the backup original from the OPs download just extract to the game folder and replace Assembly-CSharp.dll . If it those not ask you to replace you have extracted to the wrong folder.
The menu should change like in the screenshot although I could not get any of those settings to change anything. I was able to change other things in the sex menu, and use the sex menu without having replayed the game.
The character module is definitely more mature but based on the non implemented (or takes more then just activating dev mode) the character will be able to be taller, shorter more, and less busty along with varying stages of pregnancy's. The face witch has smaller eyes for one may be able to return to the original.
This is all just speculation on my part so take it with a grain of salt.

Good to see this get an update, but I'm waiting for the lost life update. I'll actually buy it, too, assuming I can purchase it directly, rather than it requiring like, some amount of months subscribed or whatever I know previous updates did.

i put the dev one and changed the breast size using option but nothing changed? (tried it in sex mode)

I also could not get any of the sliders in the screenshot I posted to do anything. I assume they are not implemented yet. I used that as an example as It is the easiest indicator that it worked.
There also seem to be commands you can type in or at least I was able to accidentally get an impute box to show. I am not sure what to impute though.

Hey the game doesn't let me play past the first night on story mode. On the first night i got de 4 hearts and made her a masochist but i didn't impregnate her
In past versions that would be the begining of one of the 3 endings but now it justs sends me back to menu and opens a survey for the game

Again, the new "update" is the alpha version of the new engine, it does not contain all the features of the full game, and only lasts for one day. It's a proof of concept and incomplete.

Yeah this is why she looks so weird. I do hope they fix it. Either slim her jaw line or revert her eyes.
I'm greatly looking forward to more progress on this.

The alpha 2.0 build is uncensored, and the main difference between the alpha 2.0 and the old version (version 1.05) is that the alpha 2.0 is a Unity build, while the old version is a Flash build.
The alpha 2.0 build currently has a barebones port of the old version, lacking the basic gameplay features like the 3 nights, but has some newly added features like new costumes, an actual player body, and more sex options. The alpha 2.0 also runs at a decent framerate due to Unity.
However if you prefer an actual flushed out gameplay, I would stick to the old version.
How to find these other sex positions you speak of ?? I can only seem to fuck in missionary.

You can use Tongue, you need to unlock via (I'd love to taste her) or (Mouth is not just for talking) dialogue speech bubble. You can do anal + vaginal, idk if doggy works. But there are also a ton of new hair + costume colors in Sex Mode. Looks very good for an alpha
