Actually, did you simply wait for a bit. The game takes time to load sometimes. Make sure you run it from E: drive or C: drive (much faster).
If you still have issues try another winlator version like 7.1.4 by longjunyu2 here:

This is also good idea honestly at this point. Except i would use 1.04 version or 1.07 version (1.04 works better, but 1.07 has some small new things).

What do I do after I run out of stamina on the first night? For some reason, after I get my points calculated and I press the button to continue, the screen simply stays on the princess, and there's no input when I click anything on the screen.

the game does send you to the survey docs after you're playing story mode for some reason. you can disable this using dnspy by changing alpha2Test to false

dnspy is unity assembly editor. if you don't want to bother with it you can just use my dll.

Here's my edited dll with dev mode and all story chapter unlocked. Story mode is surprisingly playable with some things broken like the keyhole scene and the s ending human version doesn't play properly. If you want to play the story chronologically press backspace after you're done in sex mode

What settings did you use, seems like you did most everything right to get to this point. Just show the container settings and maybe the general settings.

I kept the ones not shown in default. I used DXVK 2.4gplasync btw. Don't really know the issue with this game, imouto fantasy worked fine with the settings u gave.
