People still use 32-bit platforms!! any CPU made in the last 10 years or so are 64-bit capable.

If the game is not a VR game the developer should remove the VR third party plugins then (i always hate that on unreal engine games) as with plugins each time the game starts it launches SteamVR and/or oculus as both assume its a VR game.

You have probably dowloaded the Win-32 version but are on a 64 bit system. Try the Win-64 version.

Version 0.3.0 - "The Clinic", Released!


The main focus on this release is the environment you are in, and as such you now have your own clinic.

Changes 0.2.0 to 0.3.0:
- Clinic.
- Inventory.
- Lots of lightning and post processing changes.
- Exterior (out side) simulation.
- Fixed look at function so it works when girl turn in any direction
- Better hair shaders.
- Lots of high quality new assets and materials/shaders added to the games, and that is why it’s getting bigger (larger download).
- Made a operation lamp with lights.
- Some minor fixes.
- New keyboard commands: R and F, used to control camera speed in camera mode and speculum open/close in speculum mode.

Game works fine on i7 3930K, 32GB RAM, SSD and Twin GTX680's.

Also you can't expect people to find the OP with the download in it, there's like 5 whole pages in this thread.

Ok, I have now tested the latest release on my old computer, but with "new" graphics adapter and these specs:
Intel Core i7 x990 @ 3.47 GHz, 24 GB RAM 64-bit.
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

It runs without problems with these specs...
