I would like to try it but I am not a good reader in English, I use copying the text and passing it to the translator to enjoy it, I would like them to add copying the text in the future

The flashback gallery says there is something for pinky, but it doesn't seem like there is anything left to check in the game itself. Is there actually any pinky content?

No, it's not here yet. The hints say "She'll tell you when the time comes. ", that's just a joke about breaking the fourth wall. She'll show up in future updates.

The scene with Twi raises a question, why is she worried about 'coming out of the wrong room' if she teleports most of the time?

Sure! In fact, we just modify a very handy node plugin for branching text dialogs, and it's a whole lot better than what was provided by specialized text engines. Plus it's much easier to build web-version.

o_O unity game that's less than 500mb? I guess there's first time for everything.
I'll still don't like it on the grounds of my inability to mod it tho.

that's the point - you need to make adjustments for mods in unity. in most renpy / flash / html all of the game is really just txt (with existing free tools to pack / unpack / edit)
ok, maybe flash aint so good of an example - ffdec ain't exactly easy.
I like to spend time browsing the code and making modifications. example I don't have skills / knowledge etc, I'm just having fun, not learning or smth.
about the game:
can't save in any place any time.
no font size customizing (and all other options for text game)
ugly UI and no stats - are you making pure VN?
lots of problems with his / hers and even it's (like, really?)
many quest lines quirks - first day ends (dialogue)- save game - load save -> totally another dialogue
2 day - need to go to shop - need money - work at farm - Twilight didn't send me there, but dialogue disagrees.
day 3 - work - buy meat - rest in park - go to derpy - day 4 - you have meat - dinner - day 5.
so, yea, unity ain't good for text games.
it's like it's intended to click all dialogue options in sequence, no choice allowed.
and dog color blindness jokes gets repetitive already.

What stats do you want, if there no stats? I intentionally make it simple without RPG system.

English is not my native language, so there's a lot of misspelling, editor would be good, but we have no money for that.

stats:
if you do quest system, you'll need add grind at some point (otherwise just clicking travel button is getting really repetitive). grind is stats.
if you add production system - you'll need stats at some point.
with that in mind it's easy and logical leap to add battle areas for quests and resource gathering therefore adding battle stats.
but I just like seeing numbers go Brrrr, especially going into ridiculous territory, after going through code and adding cheats.

as for the "where's the problem" - where's my day 4 go? day 3 dinner insta led to day 4 dinner and then day 5. no morning of day 4, no choices, nothing.
also - Fluttershy's cottage is only available from library exit. why?

other than that - it would've been nice to have a choice between a smut and a clean slice of life gameplay.
