SO stands for Significant Other, most commonly referring to a person's romantic partner. The word partner by itself doesn't have that emotional intimacy that a romantic partner usually represents, which is why I specifically chose to use the word SO instead.
As for Netorare, I guess I thought we already mostly agree on the definition, even if it is only unofficially (your partner is eventually stolen from you by a third-party).

Don't you think the reason why everyone has their own is because the official one is too lacking or people are just not quite sure what it means? Hence the need for a definition that people can easily find, especially on this site.

Okay im just putting everything under the Umbrella of NTR for this post even tho some of it isn't technically but others consider it as such. I think the reason it has a different definition is because allowing and being okay with a GF or wife to have sex with other people is a bit taboo for some people. While some are okay with group sex / swinging others aren't but might be okay with sharing if told about it but don't want to watch. Etc Etc point is everyone has different levels of what they are okay with which is why I think there is no set in stone definition along with people classifying certain things as NTR when they aren't because they consider it more on the NTR side of things than what it really is.
but this is starting to be getting a bit off topic just wanted to share how I see things
But even for a game that has NTR elements to it im glad we can pretty decent choices so far to skip things we don't want to see for the most part. Because of that I dont think defining it is a big deal for this game really since we get lots of choices what we are okay and aren't okay with. But it's would be good info for people not aware.

Just think of swinging as both you and your wife/gf getting laid, while sharing is letting just your wife/gf get laid with other dudes.

Not sure if it’ll be covered in Chapter 5, but there could be a hot scene where Kathryn agrees to go on a date (without Luke) to one of the guys she gives her number out to (maybe the guy that was in jail).
