I'm really confused why you can download only 700 MB. If the TheUberstuff did not write that he can also download 5 GB with browser-only, then I would say yes to your question.
Perhaps you did download something else previously also using MEGA? That is the only logical explanation in this case, so you just need to wait like 5 hours until your download quota renew and try again.
If after the mentioned 5 hours you still cannot download entire file then try installing MEGA desktop and download with it since it can automatically resume paused download - like any proper download manager do.

Thats really weird, for me it gives me 5gb and then when I use that up I have to wait like 5 hours or so.... either you did some downloading and the 700 is what you have left or maybe where you live you have a different amount then others do? Not sure what else to tell you.

Monty look message above and install MEGA desktop. Either you have used most of 5 GB resulting in 700 MB remaining or indeed your country have different quota limits for unknown reason.
I think my country currency is between British pounds and your currency worth, yet I cannot buy subscription.
But when you install MEGA desktop you don't have to sit with your PC entire 5 hours
- you can download a part, then when it tells you to wait you can sleep it or even shutdown PC and when you open it again it should resume from last download position if you don't delete the already downloaded part - this is a main reason why download manager is better than browser - because you don't have to download everything at once - you can do pauses.

so ether you upload in other server or compress it

Three things:

3. If sites are only letting you download so much at a time use a download manger like jdownloader. Most hosters support resuming downloads so you'll just have to wait for the daily limits to reset to continue downloading.

Well. I'm a bit conflicted. While I enjoyed the scenes much more this time around because they were actually real not dreams or memories, I would prefer them to be in more "normal" settings with more "normal" men if that makes sense. Since I don't expect game to be so detailed as to say no to people I don't like and still gain the "filthy" routes down the road I was sort of forced to participate in these scenes for the sake of "stats". But it's okay, I am glad things are moving forward at least and hopefully now that all parties have consented to what they like we can have more tailored scenes in the future for the puritans and degenerates alike. Girlfriend looks super lovely and carries a lot for this game by the way.

P.S. Hope developement doesn't forget the prison dude, I quite enjoyed their texts and flirting!

It hadn't up until the last update where the developer put up a warning on screen regarding a specific choice. I still saw the scene but had her not go all the way on my save just in case. I don't want to see Kathryn being unable to reject certain undesirables
