We have not taken this decision lightly and we will not be able to consider any appeals. Additionally, we are unable to comment on the specific details regarding our account removal process.
Per the following section of our terms of service: "We can terminate or suspend your account at any time at our discretion. We can also cancel any pledges and remove any content or rewards at our discretion."
Please note that we have closed your account and refunded any applicable charges. If that is the case, they will appear on your billing statement 3-5 business days after the refund was issued.
