What's developer gonna do? Block this scene for those who made the "wrong" choice? Choices make sense if they open up a different routes with different scenes. He wants to sit on two chairs, but he needs to honestly admit that this is a kinetic NTR story. NTR is not avoidable or you miss out on all the content.

True while it plays much better if you treat it as a NTR that isn't avoidable it's equally enjoyable to play both paths for me, but I assume avoiding such scenes is more meant to avoid character the player dislike instead of playing a unofficial non NTR path.
I kind of like the story. It's fun entertainment. What is really getting on my nerves, and others, is the NTR discussion. Actually, I never wanted to write anything about it, and just keep shaking my head. Ok. We need a tag that clearly marks that a man is going to cheat, or a woman. But in my opinion, it was already there.
I browsed a bit and nowhere did I come across the question of whether large breasts were avoidable. Or incest, or blue sky, or corruption, or lactose-free milk.
The tags are for orientation. If I see one that I don't like at all (for me e.g. Sandbox), then I don't play at all. Most importantly, though, I don't rate sandbox games and only give them one or two stars because it's sandbox.
I would be happy if some developers had more courage to write good stories and follow through with them. I think it's great when they communicate with their players. But trying to please everyone with everything doesn't work. - Sorry for bad english

Honestly I think a lot of arguments will stop once the new tags come in so games can be tagged more accurately.
Netorase and netorare fans are often arguing because those two things are completely different.
And people like to know what to expect from these games.

No one is saying why there is an NTR in a game about NTR. Just the developer is pretending that there is some other part here besides NTR. It doesn't make the game worse just misleading, I get that he wants his game to seem like something more than a kinetic porn novel about NTR, but all choices here are limited to just what scene we will see or not, or who will be involved in the scene, MC or someone other. And it doesn't make me nervous it's just funny to watch this discussion. When some guys look for some meaning in the actions of characters, make their psychological portraits, discuss why they did this or that, what is it netorare or netorase, etc. But here there is just no logic, there is no meaning, it's a stupid porn game and nothing more. Yeah it's fun, there are hot scenes here, but it all goes against common sense.

I think you are being a bit harsh on Bobby.
He is a new dev who is trying his hardest to make a game we can all enjoy.
He has already mentioned he is going back and looking at old scenes to make choices more meaningful in the future.

The game is still in its early stages the impact of our choices will come later.

Others are little tricky ones cheating baits: with the runners, female neighbor, and the mother. All choices that might affect the relationship of the couple are vital
That leaves the rest as kinetic choices where the scenes are just cut short.
If you're projecting yourself as a ghost, 3rd and 7th person, or a speck of dust, you probably wouldn't be involved in the plot anyway, hence all choices feel kinetic to you, but it is only a sign of your fucked up brain

The peeking landlord, and fucking fuck-pig or let the old worker have his way with her. In the former, Luke takes precedent in his own fetish over Kathryn's pleasure. That he could fuck her under landlord eyes, could open different exhibitionist, and orgy choices.
In the latter, may result in receiving different task from the boss from now on, could mean it will be no more fuck-pigs for him. And I feel much harder to refuse Claire than in other cheating choices.
They might pose a difference where we later are forced to choose direct involvement in sex over just watching.
Obviously it's all hypothetical, but the claim that all choices are kinetic at the beginning of the story is even less likely, and very narrow-minded thinking. Like children when you present them broccoli, and he doesn't want it because it is not tasty, the potential benefits are incomprehensible for their little mind.

So there are no other scenes, just some options will be unavailable, as I wrote the choice is who is involved in the scene. Well it can't strictly be called a kinetic novel, the choice is there but it's limited because there are no new scenes. Just at the end of the game the choices will be counted and you will be told you lost your girlfriend or you kept her. Maybe I'm wrong and I'm "fucked up brain", I don't take it seriously, write what you want, I don't care.

Sending, or not sending the boss a photo is a fact.
Fucking Kathryn, showing her off, or confronting the Landlord is a fact.
Denying cheating is a fact...
