I can agree with the whole asking for permission trope since that's how the story is written, Kathryn really don't have a choice. With her loving and caring personality, it's not hard to understand why she's so loyal to Luke. Besides, he made her promise to always ask and that they should make decisions together.
It's mind boggling that Luke has the option to have sex with anyone and if he don't, he still feels guilty because he was tempted, but still never says anything to Kathryn.
The way I see this is, it's up to him to keep the path of loyalty in the relationship. But, it appears also, that he fails at every opportunity.
It just makes me, as the player, feel hypocritical or even selfish, in pushing Kathryn to fulfill his fetishes.
Kathryn is beautiful, sweet and adorable. It's hard to even understand why Luke would consider having sex with anyone else. (other than being a douche-bag and the other side of the coin that one woman isn't enough).

I started playing from the beginning and made the choice to have Luke not force Kat to perform acts related to his fetish, and even tried to get her to take a picture with two guys with bare boobs, but she said: “No, that's weird Luke, let's go”. And then I got to the point where she can fuck a bum, and from the beginning I started playing and found so many flaws in the game, inconsistencies in the plot and everything else, take at least the dude in the camera where Kat shows him her ass and walks away, and then a couple days or weeks later he shows up with his phone and texts her, the issue is she didn't even tell him her number at the time and it's like he read her mind and took her number so he could see her tits in the picture in the text, the plot inconsistency itself in that. this is possible at the moment: mc cheats and lets fmc has sex with others. mc cheats and dont let fmc has sex with others. both stay loyal. if you want to play the game so that only the fmc (knowingly) cheats behind the mcs back there is only one scene where this happens because hes drunk, every other time the mc interrupts.

I think the problem is it isn't executed well in the story. I think the reason for Luke's cheating if you so choose to do so as the player is because of the drug in the water or whatever. I think trying to say it's causing him to have no self control but doesn't make sense cause doesn't fully apply to Kathryn. So doesn't seem like it executed that well to me.
I get what you're saying, and you could be right.
To be devil's advocate though, we do not know the exact effects of the drug. If the drug affects sexual self-control in a broad and general way, then what you're saying makes sense. However, if the drug amplifies a person's specific sexual tendencies, then it possibly could make sense that Luke and Kathryn are prone to act loosely in different ways. What I mean is that maybe Luke has more of the natural inclination to cheat and watch women have sex with others, whereas Kathryn has more of the natural inclination to want to please her partner with her sexual behavior; and these natural tendencies are amplified by the drug. In the case of Luke, this could cause him to cheat when he usually would not and could cause him to ask Kathryn to do things with other men that he usually would not. In the case of Kathryn, this could cause her to be willing to do things with other men that she usually would not be willing to do even in trying to satisfy Luke. Essentially, it might cause them to both go too far in relation to their natural sexual inclinations.
Again though, I'm just presenting an alternative idea regarding the drug's effects. I could be wrong about its potential effects, and perhaps it is a problem in the writing.

I just disagree with you doesn't make me a sheep we like different things and play for different reasons. I said before why I play this game and that is why I don't find this update boring at all but I did also agree with you if I did play more for the lewd scenes and care for them more like you do. At least the lewd scenes with Kathryn cause Luke gets a good amount of content

If this is the time I'm thinking of, it's their first date and they're just testing the waters, so to speak. When her "music idol" asks for a favor, why wouldn't she agree?
