Since it was discussed previously, I presume the "made changes for Patreon" had nothing to do with Kathryn - I did think it was a bit of an odd stance, since you see really cum-covered girls often enough. However, the murder (I presume it went all the way) would probably be seen as gratuitous, and since Santini was covered in blood and revelling in it, that is more likely to be the "bodily fluids" bit that some changes were made to. I presume that's why part of the scene was in black and white, to make the blood less obvious.
Overall, I thought it was a decent update, with some pretty hot stuff going on. I hope we see Nurse Sandra again!

This update was worth it for me for the Courtney scene alone. Sorry Kath I couldn't resist, you may be getting a new sibling soon. Though Luke may end up with one as well after Kath's "date" with Pat.
