id take the CG's any day of the week. Hell even the realistic mod / showcase for Cyberpunk 2077 I don't like the realistic look as it doesn't feel or look like a video game anymore. Now im not saying Realistic can't work especially if the game start that way from the beginning. But there is always a point where it's too realistic where it stops feeling like a game to me which is why I don't like it.
Is ntr avoidable is this game? , like swinging as well. Like you can choose the girl ti be yours completely

NTR hasn't even started so there is only speculation it will be avoidable but no one really knows until it happens. The only scene I see as NTR has a choice but that was a flashback.
I think there is vanilla route I haven't played it in sometime you do miss alot of the content the game offers. I know there is a few questionable scenes but she is. But this primary a sharing game.

The only questionable scenes I can recall is in the park. I think all that happens is an kiss from another guy ( she isn't the one that kisses him if i remember correctly) and during a photoshoot she will masturbate infront of other guys and depending on your choices she can suck the MC's dick infront of them or leave. This is more to an effect from some drugged water. Which isn't that well executed something the players figure out until later. But the game does thrown scenario's at you to do some sharing like dicks in a gloryhole.
The Vanilla route isn't a focus of the game it's just kind of there but I don't even think it has exclusive content beyond dialogue changes.
