depends how you look at it / what it means to you . NTS doesn't mean cuckholding to me unless there is humiliation involved or the FMC / the other guy acts a certain way and the MC listens to them.

well I for one do not financially support lying devs. once this dev hasn't lied for like 3-4 updates maybe then I will consider supporting them not before.

Now all we can do is hope that some kind soul leaks the update, but I highly doubt it, since they only released it to the biggest suck-ups, I mean, the biggest supporters.
