Take runtime of nwjs from other rpgmaker mz games which works for you. Folders locales, swiftshader and every files in root except package.json

I managed to run the game on windows 7 using this fix, thanks!

Long press on the game, then choose patch then choose the rga file, extract the 7z file the rga is within it

check js folder if plugins.js is missing
try extracting this into the js folder and try running it again if it wont start try patching again and then try again
