Then again, i happen to have a touch of the 'tism so i might not be the best example or a judge of how we supposedly talk/write.

i cant say for sure, since its not something that i go for, but pregnancy seems to be locked up to a certain quest. After that, you appear to be able to get impregnated by various enemies, and will deliver once carrier to term. There is a scene in the gallery for having sex with your own child (
), so that indicates that it should be a normal function of gameplay

Pregnancy unlocks later in the story. Quite a bit later actually.
Since I did a blind run, I can exactly tell you when, but I reckon like in their past games, it's one of the bad routes.
