I don't understand the combat mechanic. The enemy grabs you to rape you, and you can only escape by giving the option to "resist"? I hope they refine that a bit.

Go as far as past the main story chapter called "The Magical Tool Convention" there will be a side quest right after that will unlock pregnancy. The OneOne1 devs unless you have played one of their earlier games like to stash the pregnancy content mechanic behind a side quest or route choice.

Running on a VM, already updated, other games with this engine work fine, can't find any solution to this problem....

If you are running it through the built-in Hyper-V Manager in Windows, enable GPU passthrough. It's a hassle.

continue with story. after path split, continue a bit till u get the side quest for it. wont be long after the split for both path. u need to fight chimera if im not wrong, and collect some stuff. the location is top right of Kamiyado. small building

You don't really need one
You can actually start each girl H development at B, and exhibitionism can be maxed the moment you get full access to the main city in the game and specifically it's bath house. As for maxing lewdness, you can do that before even finishing the first mission, just spam her fucking an H-NPC or getting sexually harassed.
