It affects mainly dialogue, kind of like an "immersive RPG" that reflects your stats (lewd stats). It started as a mechanic from Eclipse witch (past oneone1 game before this). But the endings can change depending on lewd stats/ important game choices in mid game (route selection). It's for those that read H game dialogue which makes the scenes more "immersive". Most h games have static dialogue either the girl is turbo slut in the h scenes or acting like a pure virgin despite their actual body count. The way oneone1 implemented it; it's minor changes to dialogue that reflects the character's H stats. For example, sexual harassment scenes dialogue may differ when getting harassed when wearing clothes/ naked.
You have to go to their subsidiary and buy the points on another site. It is very weird and I honestly hate it. This is all thanks to the credit card companies suddenly having "morals" for porn but having no morals for anything made out of China. The excuse is farcical and cannot hold up to bare minimum scrutiny

Why can't you change clothes during mid battle? I do have the option to do it, but when I press change clothes during mid battle nothing happens and it automatically takes me to attack option option on top. I do have lewedness at A, but still can't change clothes mid battle
Did you develop exhibitionism to level A and finish the exhibitionism series of side-events?
First starting with speaking it the NPCs in the girls dorm when prompted by a side event in the log.
Then doing the exhibitionism run through the school for both girls or just the one to want it get naked.
After which you the stripper events for the girls you can trigger at Iris HQ.
Lastly, you have the girls bath with the men in the man's bath.
The first require exhibitionism to developed to B, while the last two require it built up to A.
It seems that the hospital sex scene isn't viewable in the Extra viewer, because for some reason, the sleep with anybody condition only shows up after the Pregnant or not condition, and only selectable if you selected Pregnant.
They mean that there are certain string of event that appear when the girl's Exhibitionist level get to A (also need to progress story to a certain point). Only after these strings of event will the option to go full nude be unlocked because the permission to go full nude without fear of getting arrested is based on lore. Apparently, after these events, some higher up Minister of Magic like it and gives the girl permission to go full nude and nobody is allowed to arrest them.

OK, finished the normal route. Took this one even if I wanted to take the Dahlia route because the girls were clearly not wanting to do a revolution, even though imo the normal route is probably more evil than the Dahlia one. They did push the "they are eager for blood to an insane degree when the people of Iris would actually help them otherwise" angle to some insane degree, though.
I... feel that's probably one of the better oneone game, if only because the game is functional even if you never lose on purpose. Yeah, that means you don't have access to lewd skills (those are locked behind been raped by monsters, you can't actually unlock them even after the quest to unlock them if you have always killed them before anything happened), but pretty much everything else is available.
The gag of the two girls walking everywhere naked and everyone being annoyed at them never got old for me.
The combat was a complete joke. The only fights that lasted more than one turn were due to me checking different skills because why not, and that include the final bosses.
The story... was a bit of a mess, but fine, I guess.
The romance between the girls I was afraid would come out of nowhere as they never talked in the first few arcs, but then there is more interaction, so that worked out well, too.

Those are questions others have asked, and thus far sadly there is no answer.
At this point I'm thinking there's either:
1. An error in the game that prevents the buddy voyeur events from triggering when they should.
2. They're cut content from the game that devs forgot to remove from the scenes gallery.
3. It's content that was originally meant for the append, but got added too early, by accident.
4. Is bound to a specific title or set of H-stats, that no one's achieved yet.
If there's anyone here with a good enough understanding of RPGM gaming script, perhaps they could take a look under the hood and see what's going on, maybe even create a mod to fix whatever the issue is till OneOne1 can get to it.

I have a quest active name sex with the classmate in an empty classroom but in can't find that npc someone can help me
So, apparently the cycle is stuck at "Risky day" and I can't change it, but both don't get pregnant either. Anyone know what to do?
Edit: Alright, running the gameupdate.bat fixed it. Version number didn't change but apparently over 500 files were changed.
