Only two, normal and easy (easy is just normal but there is an auto win button at boss fights). Oneone1 games aren't usually known for their difficulty, and after the first dungeon, mobs and bosses usually are just giant HP bars that deal little damage. I'm also disappointed at how the difficulty of the bosses/ combat gameplay is just braindead (you can spam normal attack to kill bosses while they deal little damage even after skipping mobs [not lvling]). Every time at the beginning of oneone1 games there seems to be a certain shine about how the combat may be different (there is some thought in the bosses) but it keeps being the same lol.
The tentacle birth is random, but I found it high chance to get tentacle birth in Tochigi Dungeon, just mate with tentacle enemy here
I don't think they ever explain why she was naked either, which only makes this funnier (in my mind atleast)
