Those are questions others have asked, and thus far sadly there is no answer.

At this point I'm thinking there's either:
1. An error in the game that prevents the buddy voyeur events from triggering when they should.
2. They're cut content from the game that devs forgot to remove from the scenes gallery.
3. It's content that was originally meant for the append, but got added too early, by accident.
4. Is bound to a specific title or set of H-stats, that no one's achieved yet.

If there's anyone here with a good enough understanding of RPGM gaming script, perhaps they could take a look under the hood and see what's going on, maybe even create a mod to fix whatever the issue is till OneOne1 can get to it.

You don't really need one, cause you can unlock all the the scenes, CGs and animations from the main menu.

You also have the ability to have the both girls start with H-development at B across the board, and raising lewdness to A is pretty easy.

Ok, happened to have an older version of nwjs (v80) handy and tried replacing what was with the game with that and it worked. So you could try that (did not try newer versions so perhaps something even newer would also work). Anyway try grabbing some other versions from

wtf I will never play an oneone1 game again, the h-scenes are so FUCKING BORING. Your lewdness is too high. Try again, but keep it at B, you don't need max lewdness it self, just service development to get the erotic technician.

1. play the game to the girls move into their second year and get access to Iris HQ, and complete the main story mission for the HQ.

2. bet Exhibitionism developed to A and lewdness to at least B (may need to boost it to A)

3. Check event log, and then go speak to the two npcs talking on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the girl's dorm to unlock the ability for the girls to wonder naked in the school building at night and clear the event.

4. Talk to the NPC in the bottom right room of Iris HQ, and complete the stripping show event for both girls.

5. Go to the bath house in the city at night and baths with the men.

After doing the last step, you'll get a notification saying the girl(s) is able to move around naked as she wished.
