need to play 2/3 storyline (after battle on big hotel), after it there are new sub quest, do it and will unlock pregnancy

Holy ⅔ storyline just to unlock pregnant content, so even if heroine got cumshot inside it will not make them pregnant?

Pregnancy only starts after you reach a certain point in the game and go to a laboratory in the city, where you are given the choice of pregnancy or not in the game.

Is there anyway to make the pregnancy chance higher? Its too tedious to run around the map hoping for it to happen.
