It's not a long game, and yes, lesbianism is avoidable. I am not generally a fan of lesbian-driven games because I think they are overly sexualized and poorly written.

The animation scene that the girlfriend has her skin from the lighting is very bright you can barely see her nipple

Hover the mouse over the save and press delete on the keyboard. It's the same for almost all Renpy games.

You can also hit the start menu key + R on your keyboard to bring up the run option then type in appdata and hit ok. From there go to roaming - renpy - look for the games name that you want to delete the saves for and delete the folder and there should also be a save folder in the game folder as well for renpy games.
