Latest Steam build is 12073269 from the date you posted. With the patch notes: "Fixed a bug where a static wasn't appearing on the screen.".

Build posted here is 12021587 and is a couple of patches behind.

All files are absolutely identical in terms of content and numbers.
So, don't waste your time to download, there is no corrections

There are endings separatedly with every girl, as I remember: four girls - four enndings. There is no harem ending, but it's OK, because it would detract from the credibility and seriousness of the VN.
