Then the rules are wack lol. That's my honest opinion. When I see certain tags that I don't like, I hit the ignore button and move on. When I don't see certain tags that I am particularly looking for, I leave the thread and go search for what it is I am interested in at that time, and there have been times when I even hit ignore on those, as well. Regardless what the rules may say, current tags influence a person's interest in that game, not just in the present, but in the future. If it says "no sexual content", I hit ignore. But, assuming the site was perfect and every game was tagged perfectly, "no sexual content" tags would be meaningless, if they only meant it currently had no sexual content. To me, the point of the tag is so people don't get their hopes up for future sex scenes. And, frankly, I don't wanna see a "no sexual content" tag, and think "well, there isn't any now, but maybe there will be in the future", but then I wait, and wait, and wait, and hope, and hope, and wait..and NEVER see and sex scenes in the game, because the dev never had plans to add any sex scenes, and that tag was honest.
Here's a thought: let's have 2 tags...one that says "no sexual content planned" and one that says "no sex atm." That would fix the issue, but until then, I go to the thread and search for clues about whether it is planned or not, and if I can't find an answer, I hit ignore.
