Not sure if the new update fixed this but the reason all of your GPUs are screaming for help is because the target FPS is 160, not 60. Drop that down and your GPU wouldn't be melting anymore.

I don't think that is the only issue. Running at 1440p with your suggested setting at 60 and vsync on (for a 60 fps monitor) still takes 40% of my new 3080 just on the clothing menu.
It may very well be an issue like that where the game has internal settings not matching the available toggles, but I think it just needs better optimization.
I'm just gonna play the devil's advocate here and gonna propose the what-if scenario of him maybe...asking about the link to the shared high-res textures, rather?

This mod already removed the mosaic censorship from the game. The BepInEx uncensored patch is not required.

Since the update of version v1.20, I've included the better penis textures provided by kumarin's plug-in mod. The textures has also been upgraded to 4K. In v1.22, the goblin and orc's penis skin tone has been adjusted to their flesh tone colors. The "A lot" pubic hair version from kumain's plug-in mod also got it's texture improved as part of the mod package. (sample images in the above spoiler tag)
For the non-4K texture mod, but similar better pussy/anus/penis uncensored replacements and much smaller download size, you can use kumarin's version.

surprisingly the game has basic animation behind the censors.
Made a working plugin to remove the censors.
Extract everything in the zip to the "HolyKnightRicca_v(insert_version_here)\Game" folder and start up the game.
It does require internet to grab appropriate files. It only grabs files required by BepInEx as part of BepInEx. It will take a while on the first load, but after that should load like normal.
NOTE FOR ANYONE WITH A LEGIT COPY OF THE GAME DOING UPDATES:
If you update to a new version but still have the" "HolyKnightRicca_v(###)\Game\BepInEx" folder from the previous version you need to go into it and delete the "unhollowed" folder. Doing so will let BepInEx know that it needs to rebuild itself for a new version.

I only saw 2 Iris scenes 1 with the goblin gangbang and the lich that uses the tentacles. It kinda sucks cause Iris is my fav character and Im not really a fan of tentacles but the fact that she almost gets corrupted but fights back is pretty cool I like that part of the scene.
It is possible with cheat engine but I just cant find the exact value that effects them precisely. someone better versed in cheat engine could probably make a cheat table to change them without covering the screen in broken textures.
