Hmm...I find some of the point based choices very odd. When Mc has a chance to look at Raphael or Arel in the shower, MC will get a devil point, but if he looks Raph's ass, it becomes a negative love interest point...but MC still get's an angel point, instead of devil. Odd.
Also, odd for me...how big Raphael's bottom half looks...it looks like she was given a milf's hips and ass, instead of having a younger looking one (her top half doesn't match her bottom half). But I find many of the woman seem to have been given huge asses, and tits in this story.

Personally i don't see it as Ghost changing MC and giving him powers, i more of see it as MC finally giving up and that broke the subconscious restraint he had for actually using his powers.

I believe the intention is that MC having feelings towards the angels is seen as him finding his way back towards that alignment. On the contrary, devil point usually correlate to lack of interest in anything else other than revenge and destruction.
Raph is under that assumption that the MC isn't that messed up, and as such expects him to act a different way. What she doesn't realize is that his attraction towards her is probably one of the few things pulling him back towards the "angel" affinity.

It's a bit strange seeing disappointed centered around MC's character development, and I think there might be a disconnect between what's actually happening in the story and what players think should happen.
One of the primary themes of this story is the struggle between "devil" and "angel" as MC can fit into either role. The main mechanic is picking options that further align you to one affinity or the other, with both having increasingly different consequences for choosing them. The wildcard in all of this is how the MC's mind is so shattered that he can't differentiate visions from reality, which is explicitly stated in the recent update.
The devil affinity is generally geared towards a psychotic MC who doesn't care that his mind is shattered, and instead is fueled by pure rage. There is no desire to mentally heal from centuries of torture, especially considering Inessa - the one positive thing to happen to him since - was slaughtered. At this point, why should he care about anyone else if they're just going to die or hold him back?
As for the angel affinity, this seems to be geared towards an MC who understands how broken his mind is, but still clings on to some kind of hope that he will heal. Actually, this entire path is essentially the "healing" arc for the MC as Emma tries to fix all of the broken pieces. In my opinion, this is the better of the two arcs since it represents actual character development rather than a slaughter fest with an increasingly psycho MC.
As for Ghost, he's an enigma that doesn't exactly resemble the other two manifestations in MCs mind. What he could be is a manifestation of MCs true power. It's often brought up how the MC should've died during his time in Hell, but more importantly is that his survival was not pre-ordained meaning him existing breaks the flow of time (this was hinted at by Nyks' discussion with the oracle while in Hell).
Ghost is definitely a part of the MC, but his actual manifestation is a bit harder to understand if he is meant to represent the power MC actually has.

Besides inessa that got killed off
Also hopefully those demon girls in the college will become Li
Caus so far any other side character u forced to be on the angel path top get progress with them
And yeah not into the angel path at all
So hopefully some other li will get a devil path option
The update was more of the same as the previous onces at least we gotten a option to say nope to the therapist sessions
And ofcourse we getting pushed with over the top nudity to get us to make peace with the Main Li,S
But no amount of nudity so far is making me wanna get closer to any of the main Li

I'm just not a fan of huge out of proportion hips and asses on woman. Her hips, ass and legs didn't match the top portion of her body, as shown in the image. And the mom (MILF's) huge hips and narrow waist looks very odd, but the same was done with the young one as well...considering she is much younger than the mom (Goddess Queen). Looks odd.

I don't care about going full devil route because I don't want an evil MC, so I'm not bothering with that. Seems like there's no in-between and I was on the devil route for my initial playthrough anyway.

While i do like curvy women, some of the models are ridiculous looking. Usually as a result of some cosmetic procedures, like adding some filling here and there, then training only specific muscles and such to emphasize it. I'd say the waist is slightly too thin for the character models used in this game, don't look completely natural.
