In a world where the male birth rate is like next to none his goal is to breed em all to ensure he does his part.yes i know... but why repeat it with the same women every night?. & taking a slave to fuck every night on mission.... Only a sex maniac would do that... Not a warrior on a mission
"A man who won't fuck won't fight." - (maybe) Pattonyes i know... but why repeat it with the same women every night?. & taking a slave to fuck every night on mission.... Only a sex maniac would do that... Not a warrior on a mission
Have you ever been told that sometimes you over analyze things?Did someone mis-explain parents or women in Aetas must have at least two children... someone else said that's if they want contraceptives? Nowadays, if a nation doesn't have average at least 2.1 to 2.3 kids per family birthrate (forgot exact figure) population declines (due to deaths) so there's socioeconomic crisis within generation, but I'd guess in more deadly Mediaeval times (more fatal illness and violence) it'd have needed higher birthrate... so unsure law requiring at least two kids makes sense, especially with curse males are decreasing? Mediaeval families commonly had four to eight kids (don't know includes ones died soon at/after birth) and wasn't uncommon some/all died earlier. It'd make sense for Aetas to require more kids before contraceptives. Doesn't affect enjoying story/game though.
or that hes writing on a online forum? (not a book... use enter to paragraph bro)Have you ever been told that sometimes you over analyze things?
First of all the level and efficacy of health care in Aetas appears to be absolutely exceptional. Ignoring one current story thread healthcare is free, magical, fast and extremely reliable. I imagine their infant mortality rate isn't too far off from our own modern day rates. Also remember that men are highly incentivized to take multiple wives. If a guy has 5 wives and each of them has 2 children then that's 10 children being born per family. If at least one of them is a boy and that boy grows up to take at least 5 wives then the population would still grow. Can only do that for so many generations before the male population drops too low to both sustain and avoid inbreeding but it should hold over long enough to hopefully cure the curse.Did someone mis-explain parents or women in Aetas must have at least two children... someone else said that's if they want contraceptives? That's nearly spot-on.First of all the level and efficacy of health care in Aetas appears to be absolutely exceptional. True, hence the declining population. Note that Wildale is one of the counties that are more affected by bandit's/orcs though, so what was shown is not the normal all over the kingdom.about fertility rate - in this case - forget about males. just count children per woman.
but, after health issues, there are thuggery, other criminal, famines, accidents, which are more common in this medieval world even compared to car accidents.

Finally caught up with the most recent release, had played v16 till that and the praise for this game persists to grow, the plot and even the parts of romancing the LIs as each of them is kinda unique to one another. And seeing these spoiler images damn think the release number 20 is gonna be very action-packed, and it feels like a big onslaught here, probably the biggest in comparison to any other in the game. Gonna be quite interesting what lies ahead here.A few renders from the next update which will take longer than average to get out:
