Not enough time has passed for those pregnancies to be showing, but considering the setting and theme of the game, protagonist will be breeding lots of LIs.
I used the gofile link and it seemed to be direct link to the download, rather than folder where you choose what to download. At least it was when i downloaded it and i downloaded it after Vanderer said they had updated the OP links.
That's your opinion and that is fine, but rest of us are more than happy with other LIs as well. Besides it's not like woman like Erika would become MC's lover so easily, he needs to impress her for that to happen.
People who hyperfocus on a single LI like this in a dozen+ LI harem game are so frigging weird.
some people just want it because they can't have it... once they have it they will want something else.
