You have to remember that the women outnumber the men like 50:1 or more. So in this case, ANY man would be a good catch. And add to that one that is powerful on his own right, and then his family, and then can breed. He goes quickly to the top of the desired list for the women.

yeah there are a few inconsistenties here and there but most people don't notice them
funny thing vanderer admited he forgot to render the withering(plague) on esther so he just made her say its on her legs and its covered by her clothes
dude just dont do sumething wrong - you accidentaly can be in real life (first time i guess)
yes, there are thing named real life. if you jump from window you will hurt or even die. ammo in magasines depleting, etc.

the main grievance was that she tried to force Karla (his 1st wife) into marriage with her husbands family.

the things i mentioned are said less but yeah just playing this avn should give anyone a clear understanding off why the MC would hate her.(unless your morale compass is screwed
