I think you should make an active harem tracker in the game too so people won't forget who the harem members are, because you forgot Amelia too.
Amelia is part of the codex. I do not think she is in the harem as of yet until she proves herself at Karla's shop.

She is not in my game's codex, I downloaded 20e a few days ago, after Amel is Anne.
In the meantime, there's always this post of mine as a stopgap. I don't upkeep it too much, and it's got a moderate amount of my speculation, but it's got a decent amount and I'll try to keep it more up-to-date as we enter the next chapter/act.

maybe it has to do with how far you are into the game. I think she was added near the last few updates and you need to play to that point. But I am not sure, just a guess
just did a quick she's not in the codex when you do a fresh load into part 2(which is like ~0.13 i believe) and amelia does indeed not show up.

Yeah, she's unlocked the 25 april in game. Starting part 2, the characters appears in the codex once you met them, or sometimes the day after. Sometime, I forget and put them in the next update.
