Did anyone else notice that when the MC runs into Helen in the hall on the way to lunch that she is wearing a towel and when they enter the room for lunch, she is wearing a dress and then during lunch she is back to wearing a towel?

Good catch - it reminds me of a period during the 70's in Australia where every woman owned terry toweling dresses to wear during summer. Not totally pleasant memories lol as they didn't all look like Helen

well Saressa should be Queen now,but aside from that its a thing i thought off the moment she introduced along side Titania mentions her heir coming to Wildale for "a mini gate" and regenerating Aibell.

the thing is Titania killed Mab,so Saressa is likely bound for vengeance,Athagan and party having a hand in her escape afterwards.
the main reason is why i don't think that will happen is that there is a lot off bad blood/feuds between winter & summer and i don't see a how both Valerie and Saressa being married to the MC would lead to peace.
to many problems between their country's(races) ,it could be a solution though but some kinda threat to both summer and winter will have to be there which could only be solved if both worked together and receive help from the realm/world the MC is in.

based on the dialogue usually a person can be a beloved only for one single fae. the fact he is the beloved of two it's a red flag of size of the china something strange is happening. and it's very indirect, but based on MC talk the beloved feel some attachment to the fae they are tied. still the MC feel none of it. both winter and summer talked about "the arcane will make their choice" so the arcane want both winter and summer in a truce for fighting the next demon invasion. and chose MC dick to make the deal.

yeah he did mention to Valorie he doesn't really feel the beloved connection.
and that 2 fae women love the same man is something that doesn't happen among Fae so it understandable some might get the idea off "the Fae arcane wants peace between Fae".

but the MC isn't really Fae, hes djinn/human with a bit off Fae sprinkled in,it could very well be due to his heritage that he got 2 beloved(perhaps even more later) not due the semi sentient fae arcane wanting to force some kinda peace.

My theory on how what's gonna occur is that the Mc is gonna become the catalyst for peace between Winter and Summer Sidhe considering both princess'es are his beloved and that will rally them to the cause of defeating the demons which is the end game result of saving the mortal realms.

I'm not sure how large the scope vander has for travel and for mc's special of fireballs + empying his balls followed by marriage diplomacy method but I could see MC traveling to different places like the high elves and gaining their "support" eventually.

Henri's balls shoot everywhere. Peace reigns. The end.

the red glow is from the fire's , they affect lighting.

as for the banana ,some dev's add on different assets when the default's on not "good" enough.

I thought the light refraction of the water surface is doing wonky stuff in the renderer. But it's funny nonetheless

probably both...the main body was adjusted,the extra add-on was not.

Another question: Is there a reason stated anywhere why Athagan is "just" a Count? For being the strongest magican of the kingdom, being a former member of the hero party and being a close confidant and friend of the queen, the title of "Count" seems fairly low. I would have expected him to be at least a Marquis if not a Duke.

Both of those do not exist in that world. Marquis never existed, and the Dukes titles were done away when the last one died.
The number of people is too low to justify it, and the Crown can manage quite easily.

Athagan is Lord Protector of the Realm, though. A title that allow him to raise levies from any noble in Aetas, even against the will of the nobles. Anyone who would refuses to do so would be branded a traitor.

Likely because the existing nobility wouldn't put up with it. But I'm guessing...

I went through the update again and I can't get rid of the feeling that extremely unpleasant events related to Athagan may (may not) happen soon. First, the divine word, when Athagan saved Sariel. Then the attack on Winter (strange, though understandable from a political point of view - they helped an ally). In both cases, he became extremely weak (first, the entire arcana ran out, then all his vitality). And then everyone leaves Wheeldale (both the Queen and Roger, MS with the party, Liliana, the redbreast, part of the guard. and even the Queen's guard has been sent to the capital). I can't help feeling that Vander is cooking something....

Athagan doesn't need to die in order for the mc to be able to bang liliana so yall need to chill lol. He could just as easily make him a breeder for his house like sariel did.
