I don't know if this happens to other people but the game is constantly glitching for me, is like it can not show the map on its entirety an the camara is moving all the time. I am unable to find the way to go downstairs in the house because I can't see the stairs.

Japan does have a term for this. It's Otoko no ko (this tag is used on DLsite if anybody is looking for more). It's specifically for female like males. It's more accurate than shemale which is just another term for transsexual. The main character in this game isn't trans.
