Not sure. The more I wrote Robin the more ideas came to mind and she ended up larger than my original estimation. Since the Flatmates are going to be big parts of the game I let the story get bigger and embraced it. I anticipate similar things when I work fully on the remaining cast.
I thought of this when naming her. But I always remember "simpsons did it" so don't worry about similarities to other games.
Realistic. I purposely avoid some of the fantastical/porn trope stuff. The only crazy things you will ever see is really weird clothes from the needle girls.
Early game Emile will mostly be this. Graphic sex stuff wont really happen until post Haven, and even then it will be the players choice and can remain platonic (won't nessasarily stop Emile seeking out fun elsewhere though).

It's not DoL Robin until you can leave them on trucker's parking lot as part of a deal to pay your rent, and they wind up traumatized for life.

Considering Sammy's "girlfriend" can lick Sammy's arsehole while pregnant with her brothers baby and Sammy being pregnant from who knows who, I think we are long past that point.

It's just a convenient shorthand. There's no real use in splitting hair whether the person MC has sex with is a casual hookup, friend with benefits or whatever else they might be viewed as.

Well, if Emile starts the game pregnant the PC comments on it, but nothing beyond that currently. I also would hope that there's more awareness of NPC pregnancies in general, and friends / relatives of the PC in particular.
There are comments. But Emile responds in ways that don't allow further discussion so Sammy drops the issue. Plus I didn't want too much talk about her pregnancy while leaving the hospital since I want to get to the sandbox as quickly as possible. There is more later when hanging out together as well as with Robin (Plus the whole Jaylee arc).

It's a story location that you would leave eventually anyway and if you careful there - it can be a cakewalk. I mean some optional place where you might end up under way more pressure and should struggle a lot to get back to your "normal" life. Maybe end up in Heaven once again later but this time being sold as some "toy for fun" for debts or something similar.Haven bad end not enough for you?
