That shit fucking sucks donkey ass for actual porn, never mind games like this. And for JAV and other Asian stuff, it's instead a constant stream of whining, crying, and screaming...even if it's pretty fake, it's so damned annoying. Meanwhile, the majority of sound effects are just from some shitty stock sound library of questionable fit (and/or overly repetitive/low quality), so that's really no easy feat either.

Which aspects are you looking for?
If you're looking for other life sim type things where you're basically working to survive in a hostile and lewd city, Degrees of Lewdity is generally considered one of the best. It's not "finished" in that it keeps getting content updates every month or so, but there aren't any places that you really notice an absence of content. But it's mostly text with a little bit of pixel art, not the really detailed and colorful anime-ish characters here. There have been a lot of other attempts at extensive life sim games, but most of them are stuck at like, version 0.027 for years.
If you're more interested in the aesthetic, quality 2d art and an extensive clothing system... I can't actually recall many with nearly this much effort put into fashion. Raven's Quest almost comes close I think, and Town of Magic is heading in that direction. Witch Trainer has a lot of clothing variety including multiple layers and mixing and matching, but the original one was definitely unfinished when Akabur abandoned it; the Silver mod fills in a lot of gaps and upgrades a lot of things but its incomplete and the last version I poked was really glitchy.
And of course there's a huge list of games with a female protagonist getting corrupted over time, with widely ranging quality and tone, but you'd need to share more about your interests before somebody could point you appropriately there.
Oh sorry for being vague, what i am looking for is games with the main character having different stats and some role playing approach like the cloth system and able to fit into a role based on the stats and choice.

IDK about Mac but the Android version was not official. It was just someone porting it, not actually from the dev.
In ren'py if you press the delete button while you mouse is hovered over a save file it will delete it.

Well, seemed that many disliked the Commando perks and asked how to remove it. You could remove it via the console by typing this command:
Problem is, the game code will automatically add the perk if you have Exhibitionist perk.
To make the change stick, you have to edit the source file, specifically, player_class.rpy, in the check_perk_combo() method.

The other thing that I wonder about if it can be done to make it possible to barter with people. Like selling consumables like beer, roll-ups, pills, tools like gaffa tape if you have way too many of them and need the money or trading them for something you or what they need. Now you can only sell junk.

For me... yes and no. The biggest downside of the perk is that Sammy decides to throw out hundreds of credits worth of underwear. I get that perks need to have a counterweight of some kind, but i think it'd be better if it gave a small debuff (-50 Allure to cancel out the Commando bonus, minor -Confidence debuff) for wearing underwear instead as it would make Sammy feel less confident about herself.
There was a comment i think either in discord or a game update thread in patreon that mentioned breaking up the "required" perks and stuff like that eventually. At the very least the ideas have been brought up to Sam_Tail. We'll see what happens.

Yeah, i think it was something along the lines of being able to get rid of a perk, currently once you have one it's either replaced with another trait or you're stuck with it forever, barring rare exceptions.
