You'd need to not use the buggy developer build that was put in the first post. Since it was released to the patreon supporters to find bugs, that version shouldn't be used at all. Either find the previous leaked version, which was mostly stable, or get the public stable release from the itch.io link.

Yeah, they refuse to put the last stable build in the OP, and only put these unplayable unstable builds there because the version number is higher.
Hi, I wanted to open the save file to make some changes (especially increasing the San relations with others, to have access to their stats) but the save file looks a complete mess. Is there a specific program to open it or is it impossible to modify it?

I believe that's also a devtest build as the Itch version does not match it. Sam does post test builds to Patreon as well.
Once a new stable comes out, the version available on Itch will be updated.
All the guesswork revolving around which versions are test builds could be avoided if there was something like -DT appedended to the file name.

the dev cut out a lot of clothes to introduce the system that makes the clothes match your boob size.
were those clothes added back in? also is there any cg collection or link with a build that has all those clothes so I can see them?

They will return though, just forgot when updating the surgery screen. They can still be added using the console for now. player.skin_effect = 1
Almost all have returned except some stuff that I felt had too much overlap with newer clothes. Vball outfit for example I made a new design and didn't readd the old one.
