Probably not for a while. Here's the last public roadmap:

Currenty the dev is working on the exhibitionist content, if that's finished soon and they manage to keep their estimate of up to 6 weeks for the other parts, it'll be at least 4 months until work on the main storyline content starts.

lol the game got new side quests but many of them don't explain how to start them (the game rly needs a hint system for Quests... a better one to know which quest you can still clear or open atleast) cuz wihtout it is only free roam and main quest and its been like this since for a long time (u.u) guess i have to wait ty for the info tho

I see it's still the buggy dev build that's highlighted. Why did I expect it to reflect the version that is confirmed to be okay?
Only 15 reports. If we expect to see change we need to mass report it.

Pointless because they don't care. Most they gonna do is delete your posts mentioning it like they already did recently. I put a link to the stable build into my signature in the hope that it will at least help some people maybe.

They actually take reports sort of seriously. They only deleted my post because it was the wrong way to attempt to prompt them to take action. So when it was deleted, I took the advice I was given in the deletion notice to report the post instead. Which I've done but I'm only one person and I doubt any re-reports from me will count for anything.
There's still 15 reports acknowledged. This I know from hitting the Report button on the Opening Post.

Can't remember which thread this was in but an uploader actually said that re-reporting an update gets the report pushed back to the bottom of the update que. If you see someone's already reported it just leave it. It'll be done when it gets there. That's why they're still recruiting more uploaders even though we just got a bunch of new ones, the update backlog is pretty bad here these days.
