sorry to disappoint but i'm straight
Just because you're not homo doesn't mean you can't be homo. We may not be football players, but we can still play football. :illuminati:
Sorry to dissapoint you all

I get that, but I’m sure you can imagine how bothersome it becomes when this thread is swarmed with bug reports from people who don’t check if that bug is already reported or if a solution is available by reading the comments or using the search thread function, if they did they would’ve understood that they’re playing a test build.
I don't see any other threads being swamped with bug reports, but maybe this dev makes more mistakes than other dev's, I don't know, but it doesn't look like that to me. I only found that one bug playing the game so far, and I did play it for quite awhile.

We’ve been saying like a million times “wrong version” “play v0.3.3.04” but hallelujah a new stable version is coming soon it’s been ~ a year since the last one, thank goodness.
Why would I play an old version when a newer version is available? No other dev's I know of releases stable versions. Most release an beta version for their top tier patreons only, and 2-8 weeks later a bug fixed public version. But that version quite often still has a number of bugs that the patreon's didn't find. Club detention is a good example of this, and although there are a lot of bug reports in the thread, I wouldn't say it's swamped with them.
As any qualified software developer would agree too. There is always one more bug than you think. It was introduced when you fixed the last one.

One last thing, I’m not always a dick you just caught me in a bad mood, that’s on me.
Even if you don’t want to I hope we meet again in another thread, maybe then we’ll start again on a better note
Let's aim for that.

This is pretty much the same here, only that there's a lot of beta versions for their patrons only, and the stable version is released once the current update theme is completed.
Why would I play an old version when a newer version is available?
Personally my main reason is because the stable versions are a lot more bug-free (IIRC in the version you're currently playing there's also a more subtle bug where the Mira quest cannot be completed or is failed even if you complete it, with apparently some dire consequences). There's also some incompatabilities if you decide to update, e.g. some clothes not having textures, or the color picker not working. You'll also get less placeholder content.
