I still may add to your point, I too have to experience, that there somehow seems to be an advantage for dice rolls on darker skins.
I dunno how that happens, but since it came up for discussion a couple of weeks ago, I did notice it, too.

I assume you're trying to imply Sam is forcing BBC on people? When the most likely answer is that the rng is likely either not weighed properly, or its one of those cases where people are just unlucky( god knows rng seems to hate me on some games, fucking dice gods)
I frankly find it quite disingenuous of you to try and paint Sam as some hypocrite or whatever word of choice, just because the randomizer for the skin tones either gives some people more of the darker ones, or just wasn't tested/weighed properly. And I honestly lean towards the former being the case, that being that people are just getting unlucky in the rng.

Which is stupid anyways, since( and I'm being pedantic/nitpicky here) the first part of BBC stands for big, and all dicks in the game seem to be the same size regardless of skintone so it doesn't even apply on that

Sometimes I really wonder whether I'm even playing the same game as everyone else, 'cause wtf even is this conversation.
With or without rng the thing is lot of ppl having the same "rng" which tells you how it works, u can blame the dice all you want, but if there's no way to avoid it/modify it then it's content that the dev force you to play and as i said lot of ppl is experimenting the same thing.
Call it wrong done, not tested or whatever you want but after couple of game versions having the same "rng" u can tell about how it works or how much he care about it. Btw lets remember when first release it even the white dudes from history where black on scenes too. So yeah its not forced content for sure, it was never there in game and then from day to night everything related to that changed and again without any way to play as you want = forced content.

I'm not a master coder for renpy and it's been ages since I have coded but even in C you can create a simple recall back to one specific function with set integers and even disable them individually thereby lowering the pool of integer candidates that can be picked when proverbially rolling the dice on a random check. It even works in practical applications such as PLCs.
This just tells me that there's a lot of people playing the game. We have no idea how many people see all white dicks and are just not reporting in here.
Unless people start showing actual statistics (e.g. via a mod that keeps track of the chosen skin color of Sammy's partners) I'll assume that people just disporportionally remember when Sammy gets dicked by a black dude.

This is the only part I'm going to address, because if true, it's the biggest proof that the code got fucked somewhere. Because named characters shouldn't be getting turned black unless for some reason their code is calling for the same rng that random npcs use to decide skin tone, instead of having a set skin color.
So it just means Sam fucked the code somewhere, but honestly I don't blame them for not fixing it or checking it more closely when something like that would imo be low priority when it comes to bug fixing. Because again, if true, the only way a named character/npc/etc would have that happen, is due to a bug/faulty code that is making them use the same skin rng as the nobodies.

And that code shows a 33% chance of picking any colour (40% of which will be white), and a 67% chance of picking a white one. That is a combined chance of 80% (67+13) of picking a white NPC. Or, if we just count the lily-white, never-seen-the-sun ones, a 40% chance.
Which leaves us with three options:
1. The posted code was not the actual code, but something posted to hide that there is a Black Cock Invasion. Which is really, really silly, if nothing else then because anyone who cares enough could go dig through the code and check that they are the same.
2. The code is bugged somewhere, and does not work as it should.
3. The code works fine, and those reporting an abundance of black cocks are suffering from some combination of edge case RNG and confirmation bias.
