Two bullies do talk about their plans for Cass from time to time, but at the same time they already forced Sammy to strip naked in the school bathroom and are planning to rape her. There is no choice to gift Cass the poison either, although I didn't really try to befriend her. A bug?

If you talk to Cass enough, there will be a small arrow above the talk icon, this gives you the options to do extra things like give gifts, or if you know about Robin's fetish ride the bus with her. If you find Mira at the truck stop and talk to her a bit, this is also how you learn street walking off her before doing the Finding Mira quest.

I just would like to know if npcs change outfit progressively along their story progressions? Like Robin for example.
I've been able to give her a dress and I can trigger going out. She's actually pregnant. Does she show more publicly and by herself eventually? (or will she in future updates?) same for other protagonists.
Or is there a way to make her do so, that I'm missing?

That's about it afaik, other than being able get her to hang out naked with the soccer boys while drinking. You need to do the Rachel quest to access that.

The Patreon builds aren't always very stable, when one was posted here, it was loaded with script error, and it was rolled back. When a stable version is posted, it is usually very stable because it has had a lot of testing.
As for time frame, *shrug* somewhere between 3 - 8 months. So probably still quite a while yet, as the last build was posted a little over 2 months ago.

Thinking forward, I think we need some content with the "Making a Slut" quest.. I think we should get more recurring content with Robin, especially when she's passed out in the Common Room.
It's the plan. But I needed prostitution content to be in before I could do that. Now it's in, there will be an update soonish adding in these slut nights out.

Hey Sam, sorry to bother, but I was curious when if ever you'd decide to finish the FemStart's beach trip with Emile? Because its been quite a while since you first added those starting week Emile events, and yet the Female origins version of the beach event still hasn't been finished.

For that to happen, Sam would need to write about 9ish? different FemBeach events, compared to the MalBeach one-this is thanks to the all different Origin Perks you get to choose from being a (n already) former Female (9ish different Perks; "bimbo, exibihionist, meek, gamine, party girl, etc") over being a former Male (a single 1 Perk; "male-origin"). (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
For Rachel, you need to be friendly with the Football boys to the point they show you the secret entrance to their hang out, and then just talk to Rachel a whole lot, eventually she will ask you about it, and you will tell her, she can then be found hanging out in the Gym in the evening, which leads onto the whole exhibitionism questline.
For the Bullies, the best way to trigger it is just to keep walking up and down the corrodors in the school in the afternoon, each time you change location there is a chance you will have an interaction with them, it starts with them insulting you, stealing money from you, eventually they will drag you off to the changing rooms and force you to strip, it just gets worse from there on. If they are messing about with Cass (the redheaded girl), you have missed your chance and will need to start a new game.
