That's pretty standard in most search engines. If you include common words (not just short words, bus mostly them) then you'll get many more results that are unrelated. Words like the, a, of, and, exc show up in many posts and titles, so skipping them and single letters in general can get far more accurate / useful search results faster.
I'm having a problem, sammy is currently pregnant and at 30 days, but when the day goes down to 29 her belly grows but her pregnancy disappears! the top icon doesnt say pregnant anymore nor the description on the diary

That happens to me on every new playthrough, you can take a pregnancy test and the pregnancy will resume however it will count as an extra pregnancy so the counter will go up by +1
I think its not a Bug. Open the Cheat/Debug window and turn off imagination pregnancy. This can solve the Problem

I don't know what 'imagination pregnancy' is but if you mean preg fantasy I always have it on false by default
As you can see below the same pregnancy is registered twice in the journal

I tried out a new game with the Meek origin, and if you enable danger days and disable danger limit then there is no issue with sex getting blocked in early game. Sammy got poked on her first bus ride, and assaulted during the first week.
Although, she's supposed to never refuse because she's broken, but there are a few scenarios where you still get the option to refuse.
* When she gets propositioned at the school and goes with the guy to the bathroom/locker room. When the guy asks for more, you're given the option to refuse, even if the guy is offering extra money.
* When she's working at the Pub, sitting on a guys lap, and the guy tells her to be a good whore. The "get off" option is refusing.
* When she's cleaning the hotel and the guy thinks the front desk lady sent her as a gift for him. She'll struggle and tell him to get off because she's the cleaner. If the check passes, she successfully refuses. You don't even get an option for this one.
If you have the Whore perk, then the guy *might* offer money and then you won't get any option to refuse.
* When in the cafeteria and Nate offers to take her somewhere for dessert, you get an option to refuse and even if you choose to agree she still might automatically refuse to do more than a blowjob.
Really enjoying the new Meek origin btw. I wanted to try Broken before, so it's nice that you can just start the game with it now.

I'm subscribed to her patreon.
We have the option to download v0.3.4.06
Most of it is an extension for the character "Dani"
(iIrc, that's the girl from school, that also often sits in the mc's backyard and later works in the pub, too)
But it's not fully completed or not fully finished, or whatever.
Seems like quite a lot of content, but only to that specific character...
And I didn't test it, yet.

If you really like this game, Sam_Tail is only asking 3$ for "Access to release candidate builds"
I will never promote spending money!
But I feel with all those greedy money-milking-not-delivering-anything lewd-Devs, our Sam here is a rather lonely star of fairness in between.
Pls no. Patreon builds are notoriously broken and produce frequent errors, on top of not being compatible with subsequent releases. Sharing it here will just invite lots of people sharing their error messages here, because they do not understand that - just like it was in the previous release cycle.
Just wait until the next update is properly finished.

As Qahlz stated, "re-releasing" the Patreon's build will only end up in "hey I got this error, how to solve/I found a bug on this *insert newly unfinished content*" times thousand... (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
Not really worth it, especially towards Sam who already has to answer the "where's casino, why can't I find it" every day and a half- (◞‸ ◟)
