To continue, you will try to talk to the prostitutes and discover that they don't talk to people about these things. After that, talk to the detective in the pub, from the first mission of The Fixer and he will guide you on how to continue the mission.

When the mission is active, it will eventually talk about the aim, sometimes it takes several interactions until this happens.

You can also sometimes find them while scavaging on the beach, I think you might also be able to find them in other places too (like the park) but the beach seems to be the best place for them. They are worth a tidy sum to the shady dealer at the far end of the truck stop however.

I think i locked myself out of Rachel's park bitching, I finished her naked dares quest first then found the bitch collar but whenever i try to tell her about it so she can join she tells me "why are u dressed!" so i auto strip but then the option to talk to her disappear and all i can do is search for some clothes, So i dress again then talk to her, she tells me to undress....repeat cycle.

I do, I also have this problem that I’m not sure is a bug or a feature of the exhibitionist perk, my character doesn’t dress up after undressing so I have to re-equip everything… I’m sure you can imagine how annoying that is.
To get better options when shopping or during events (some of the stuff are on a dice roll)
For stats you can just use the cheat menu to adjust your values. It's available ingame at the top bar - the padlock button
If you get a "full" save, the vast majority of the events requiring attribute checks will already have been resolved, and most of them are only available once.
And I don't think a more advanced save affects what you see when shopping. That seems to be purely RNG. Only benefit I might see is if the save-giver has sold enough stuff to the scrapyard lady that her accessory shop is unlocked. I don't think there are any other shops locked behind progress.
There isn't enough quest detail in how progression is made, and what the quests and their steps are. Outside of the main quest. This game is very confusing. Some of the quest lines disappear in other game progression.

The various Origin Perks are mainly for role playing purposes, though some make the game noticeably easier (Gamine) or harder (Bambi/Meek). Beyond easy/hard, there is significant variation in how much they influence the game. Whereas it will be difficult to avoid pregnancy as a Broodmother, Nerd and Gym Bunny are more like a gentle push towards concentrating on Intelligence or Fitness, but can otherwise be played however you wish.
I am unsure about which "them" you are referring to with regards to the Broodmother; As far as I know there is nothing special there that is blocked from the other Origins.
As for Wildcard, some of the time (25%, I believe) it will pick a random perk in response to a situation. You would have to ask Sam about the exact mechanics at work, but the visible effect is that sometimes Sammy will automatically accept/reject a suggestion based on the random pick, or in cases where there would usually be more than two options to pick from there is now one or more fewer. Or the other way around: Options only available to specific origins/perks become randomly available to the Wildcard.
Some Origin Perks may be gained later (Bimbo/Exhibitionist), but none may be lost.
As far as I know, pregnancy gets an individual roll for each instance of sex, adjusted for a whole bunch of variables.
There are plenty of pills in the game, but assuming "the pill" refers to Plan B, that is 100% effective the first day, then drops by 25% (or 20?) each day after that.

IIRC it's explained in one of the academy lessons that babies are taken into some kind of government program if they're born to a mother who's not in a stable relationship. So yeah, they're just gone and Sammy gets nothing.
Long story short, people want different things from the game. Some want a full on porn experience from day one, others want a longer corruption type of game. There are quite a lot of different things people want from the game and the origins petty much allow you to cater the early part of the game to what you want.
None of them are meant to be balanced, it's all about tailoring the game to your wants.
Yes, wildcard is just chaotic. You will act out of character and do weird things. It's kind of a silly mode perk.
Impregnation is a little complicated. But simply put during specific actions (penetration, cumming) a die is rolled against fertility. Creampie while ovulating will obviously have the highest chance but it's possible to get pregnant from a guy pulling out while you are not ovulating. But pretty much every action that leads to a penis/cum being in that general area has a preg dice roll.
"Bambi & Meek look like our hard difficulty - scared to refuse and submissive. Are there something else about those traits?". You answered your own question. Being "scared to refuse and submissive" is the point.
