Dunno if it's a bug or dumb luck but I got the conversation about earning money with Cass saying she might have to work the highway soon. This is at least a month after Mira got out of the hospital and has been on the highway with her. Just thought that was funny
This is simply one of the standard dialogue options, available from the start and unchanging, repeating periodically. This is especially noticeable in conversations with Robin.
My experience was different: Sam saved Mira, and all that was left was to tell Cassidy. But that hadn't happened since the morning. During lunch, Cassidy approached Sam herself, bringing with her a bandaged Mira, still recovering from her injuries. The standard dialogue ensued. Then, after class, Sam met Cassidy—and it turned out she didn't know Mira had been saved. A trip to the hospital followed, where a bandaged Mira reappeared.
