How do you access the new job? I got the PC, and Phone, then I searched for the job, and finally I got the message about waiting one day for the system to update. Since then I have had no way to access it.

Wait for client calls from 14-16. They don't always happen and the more you do that job, the more client calls you get.

Wealth level goes up to 5 and all of them have up to 5 jobs. Wealth levels are hard to get by design, it will get easier with more jobs and content added

In the online version, I studied at the library just before it closed. After the study session, I got a screen with a back link that I presume should have taken me back to the library, but all I got was a screen saying the library was closed with no navigation links or a way to exit. I had to use the back button to backup to before I started studying to be able to exit the library.

Crazy that you had no major bugs because your save file is out of date.
Use the Fix my save option from the sidebar to fix the issue and continue with your quests

There are 5 flyer locations and they are only accessible at 10pm. To do that you need to design the flyers (at your computer) and print them (in Maya's office)
