I didn't make it clear. If it's not at the end, there should be a ","

To make this more clear.

If you put the addition in the file at the start of the list of plugins you need a trailing comma after the last double bracket of the text you added.
If you put the addition at the end of the file just before the last square bracket you need to put a comma after the double bracket on the line before.

Each plugin needs a comma between each plugin. But not first or last.
