Scratch that, it is at a spot right about the top corner of the pillar, not right next to it as I was trying.

Guess this is the definition of hopeless ^
Don't know how you calculated but you don't have to worry about completing this game in 2023... main story might finish in december but game complete will not be sooner than May(ish) and that can have a fix as well ( almost guaranteed
) So about a year to " complete " the game... ( by then the new project will be released so gaming goes on and on )

It's the uv flashlight on the table by the two cops you have to wait to be talking to get it.
The lunch bag was earlier in the game after you first got the stun gun. This time you don't have to got to the upper room. It's in the room with the three cops.

Welp usually if you leave out an update and put in the latest version the counter does not advance ( since it's missing one or more updates ) ... if it does that's another fuck up by NLTs staff... coz it shouldn't
