When you download a new update of the game, do you have to do anything with the save file? Like transfer it to a new folder or anything?

no, the save files are not stored in the game folder
i delete the entire game folder & dl the full new version of the game.
save files are stored in:
Install Directory:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\User Data

I had to restart the game 'cause I lost my previous saves. I noticed that if I change the move speed to "fast" , the MC moves as if the move speed was still set on "normal" . This only happens when I use the keyboard to move him, while using the mouse it goes fast. Is it a bug? I'm pretty sure that it wasn't like this in my previous run.

To be honest, maybe it's just my opinion and maybe that of many others. But you're running out of ideas for the game. You're probably doing it by force. And all these new actions with women, such as hanging on their hands and fucking or sucking milk from their tits, just show that there are no ideas and you are going down instead of going up. It's a pity, because I like your games. They're graphically awesome. Maybe the script of this game is also average. To sum up, you have nice graphics, but you've run out of ideas. Pity.
