You contradicted yourself. These new actions mean they have plenty of ideas, even if it's weird. What are they supposed to do, the same positions and actions that will get boring? At least the developer is trying to switch it up.

I agree the game loop is the same, and it's getting a little stale. ToN, TGO, and SotS are all too similar in progression that it's predictable. Besides technical improvements. But the games are popular and the updates are consistent, so why change something successful.

Weekly Report!

Animation, lip sync, and hiring actors for Symphony of the Serpent has been all-consuming this week. We've made some big hires including our lead actor! In addition, I'm happy to report Amanda Bancroft is reprising her role from Lust Epidemic!
Animations for SotS have been intense with a focus on more detailed environments, more characters in the shots, and doing nearly everything "in-camera". I'm happy to report that we have a cut of the trailer that's being polished this upcoming week, leading to the big reveal on February 4th.

The Genesis Order will also be releasing it's final bonus story for the main 12 girls, concluding with Lillian's final TGO story. Coming later in February will start the Arianna bonus chapters as well as the special endings that will pay off a couple of key choices you made in the game.

I've got no problem with the content of the game itself but hate viscerally the sexual violence of the bonus booty calls. I'm just not wired to enjoy sick shit like that. That said I do intend to play TGO to its conclusion, giving the remaining booty calls a miss, and will give SotS a go if a bona fide top-tier NLT Media patron decides to share it on f95zone. This is unlikely to happen considering no such person currently does the business insofar as TGO is concerned and that, without the cracked updater, none of us would have been able to play that game this far. It'll be interesting to see if a thread devoted to SotS and its updates appears when the time comes.

Hey guys! Does anyone know how to update a steam version to the latest?

The Official answer will be to wait until the developer has finished the updates to get to 100% completion and then there will be a Steam update - a recent notice on Steam states April 15th but may be earlier.

But I guess that as you are here you are aware of ways of getting the game unofficially. I haven't tried it, but I assume that if you replace the 'www' folder in the Steam installation (steamapps\common\The Genesis Order\www) with a www folder obtained from one of the methods here then it will most likely work. The updates only ever change the www folder.

UPDATE - I have the Steam game and have just tried copying across the 'www' folder and that does appear to work.

The only choices that I can recall is whether to cum inside or outside on a few of the last scenes in the game (can't recall who with now, but Judy and Erica spring to mind - though there were probably more throughout the game) - so I guessing that the optional outcomes will be pregnancies.

I don't like watching BDSM in real porns because they can make body and mental traumas. But in virtual games, we can fulfill our all kinds of fantasies without causing harm to reality. Why you guys must show people that you have more kindness and mercies to the virtual figures in a porn game?

Another way to look at it is that we get two updates per month (2nd and 15th) and typically we get 1% progress with each update. We are currently on 95% complete so if that trend continues we will have

Feb 2nd - 96%
Feb 15th - 97%
Mar 2nd - 98%
Mar 15th - 99%
Apr 2nd - 100%

So five updates left.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I never noticed that each update was only 1% of content, I just noticed it was short. If I had a say in it, I would prefer that after the Dev finished the story, they took their time and then released all the content remaining, instead of the drip feeding it.
