Ah yes, our old friend the "I tried to load the update-only and failed majestically". Was a hot meme in ToN for over 2 years and now it's making a comeback in TGO, good to see people still dunno how to merge 2 folders together

For anyone who got an error when trying to play the updated only patch, here's what I did that worked.

1. Download then Unzip new patch.
2. Open the new patch folder. Select everything then Copy and Paste all the new files over to the original place (folder) you had the game in.
3. Click "yes" to overwrite everything when ask.

Then play as normal.

Yep, have fun coming back in here about 20 times to copy/paste the same post till the next update, then do that again for ~2 years till the game is done. Hope you never move away barely an inch during that time, otherwise you'll get shafted by nobodies who just came into the thread once and figured out they sounded better than you by providing something any1 with basic folder knowledge already found out before Windows 2000 came out.

PS : most people who need that detail won't read your post and will ask again within 5-10 posts. Hope you got your copy/paste/quote game to par with the demand

Cheers, guys. Didn't read any posts about the quiz. To be honest I haven't got much spare time during the week and when I pay an occasional visit to this site I only peruse smatterings of the nonsense, omitting silly and childish badinage as a matter of course which is why I probably missed it: some 80% of comments appear to be written by a coterie of lost and lonely juvenile/jobless/retired losers/clowns/idlers who have nothing better to do than haunt this site and really aren't worthy of attention. Encouraging to know so many are with me on the mom-son issue. Great stuff. Only a matter of time now. Back next week for the next update which I hope will feature Carol aka mom. Bring it on!

Yes, my MOD will work in perpetuity, without having to be updated, it replaces the images not text.
As for the prior half of Dialogue Changes, done by PervySensei, those stopped being updated after the first few updates and has been abandoned.

So to summarize you don't read anything of what you write and click post replay, you do know that this is spam, right? Bring it on then! Another one to ignore in the lists of those who write silly things like "Who is the mom" in a game where no incest is present.

This happens when you copy save files and folders to the save folder on your device. What you need to do is to go to the folder where your saves are stored and delete all of the folders inside it, keeping the files, and restart the game. DO NOT DELETE ANY OF THE FILES! When you restart the game it should recreate the folders appropriate to the version of nwjs on your machine automatically, your saves will still be there and work normally, and the annoying nwjs message gone. Just to be extra cautious make a copy of the save folder first so you can put everything back as it was if worst comes to worst.

Always works for me.

I'm not sure what the nwjs file is suppose to do, but it has not affected any of my save files, or any game play. At some point I'll do a search in RPG Makers forums to find out why I keep getting a separate window asking to update the nwjs file.

It pops-up when 2 different games use different versions of the file. Conflict ensues and that "error" comes out. Won't do anything and nothing will happen until devs update their junk when they made their builds. You could go back a few pages and read (roflolmao) how to force update your version and help lessen the amount of times the "error" happens

Nah, lol, I'll pass on a forced update, but thanx for the explanation as to whats causing the error window to pop up when I load games.

Last week there was actually someone who's game crashed as soon this poped up ( although funny I remember this comes at the boot up while his came when video files were played ) Maybe there IS some combination where this could be real trouble but reading about it haven't found anything specific just speculations here and there
