Well can't say I don't agree... but I was like this after seeing the initial release...NLT should've made ToN part 2 or something if he's gonna keep these characters coming, I forgot that I was recording a video, and ranted about it while recording

You need the Unbreakable Lockpick from one of the gym lockers. There are three locker keys to be found, two in the main gym area.
There is a breakable wall in the 2nd floor of the Police Station. It gives you a chest key.
