ok I just started playing this game from NLT..... I'm having an issue where the helper chick says to go to the XXX store but when i try i cant enter and also my guy is fucking tiny when i get off the main travel map thing

The Cheat does that make ya guy tiny ive used it b4 best to delete game reload it and play from there.

Can anyone tell me the location of one dumbbell? I know one is in the gym and another one is near Hannah's bedroom. But don't know the location of the third one.

Bottom left corner when you walk into Public Gym 1 is at Gym at Cop Shop on Right side .

He meant to redownload the complete game. Also make sure you don't use the cheat mod since it's outdated.

Check the note in the chapel -- it tells you three things to count. Then go back into the Mansion and count, easy! ;-)
