A lot of people are mentioning how high their percentage is of completion. But I am as far as the update allows me to go and I have 12%. How would I be missing that much stuff and be as far as I can go?

There is a lot of optional content, such as finding karma sutra pages that open up a new booty call option, buying outfits for the booty calls, profile pages, finding treasure items, etc. You've missed most of it.

With this game, the incest patch is artificial tried to make it incest. Instead of restoring the real incest story, where they to escape Patrion and such, destroy the story by calling everyone landlady and roomies.

I just want to play the games as intended...

Pre-emptive pro tip to every1 and their mom who can't stomach RPGmaker : rejoice, there's now a RPGmaker that runs on Unity. Best outcome of combining 2 junklicious engines into 1 and not get anything better out of it. Win-win
